Branch chore/macos-parity-review-ledger: record merged welcome-body #5050 and named-link destination-help #5027 acceptance using actual exact-head logs and inspected evidence. All broad gates remain open. Transfer complete frozen source reviews for go-to-date, shortcut-level badge and week-view layout into specific missing/unreviewed native behavior rows and narrow reviewed exclusions.

Pure parser/math/model tests do not prove real keyboard or first-frame geometry. Keep supported 900/1280/1728 widths, stored closed sidebar, reduced motion and alignment/stability requirements open. Exclude only the impossible 320px native window against AppDelegate minSize720, and literal CSS scrollbar mechanics. Native overflow remains required. No product or test behavior changes.

Next actionable work: missing real native go-to-date keyboard/palette/date and announcement regression, or confirmed failing keyboard behavior after reviewing current evidence. Keep #4783 open for signed-in RSVP and signed-build acceptance. Human-closed #5037 stays closed; all its diagnostics remain outside main.

Gates and resumption​

Parent #4783 stays OPEN for real native signed-in RSVP and signed-build acceptance. Visual, signed-in and final-build gates remain open. Fixture success, generated captures and web staging do not establish those requirements. Future automatic propagation of web changes is deferred.
